Craft beer has always been about bringing people together. About a sense of community and togetherness. So what do we do when a global pandemic hits and we are now being forcibly told to not be together? What do we do in the face of isolation and quarantine? What do we do in the face of uncertainty and stepping into the unknown?
I don’t know about y’all but I grab a drink. And for times like these, 6% ABV and above is the order of the day.
In an effort to retain some semblance of normalcy and to keep our personal and professional lives running as smoothly as possible – we are making efforts to make sure that we and our loved ones still have good beers to get through this, as well as some good company.
Pasteur Street Brewing Company’s Taprooms are all offering home delivery services (as well as the option to come in and pick up your beers at our locations) so that we can all keep drinking that good good beer!
Please check our Facebook page for ordering details and info on new promotions for both takeaway and delivery.
Also, if you haven’t heard yet, we are running a Virtual Tap Room! Our co-founder and CEO Alex Violette has taken the initiative to open an ongoing Zoom chat room (https://zoom.us/j/706315248) so that we can connect with each other over a beer (or your beverage of preference) from the safety and comfort of our own homes. It started with a simple video work chat between him and myself and then we just started inviting people one by one!
A few nights ago we had people dropping in and out, with almost 20 attendees at the high point and, at one point, attendees from Vietnam, India, Ecuador, Canada, The USA, and even District 7!!
We start the official Virtual Tap Room experience at 7:30pm, HCMC time, every night but it is live 24 hours a day, if you want to have a chat with any of us or any of your friends – just drop a line and see who is available to log on!
