4. MEMBER TIERS

– Standard: 0–99 points (equivalent to 0 – 9.9 million VND)

– Water: 100-299 points (equivalent to 10 million VND)

– Beer: 300-499 points (equivalent to 30 million VND)

– Craft Beer: 500 points (equivalent to 50 million VND)

To maintain the membership level:

Members need to accumulate points continuously over 24 months. 

• point = 100,000 VND spent.

5. POINTS CALCULATION & TIERING

5.1. Tier Cycle:

– From the registration date, members’ tier is automatically upgraded if they meet the criteria.

– Every 24 months, the system reviews whether members tier maintain or downgraded based on total spending during that period.

– After each cycle, their tier is reviewed and updated accordingly.

5.2. Upgrading Tier:

– When reaching the minimum points threshold for a higher tier, members are automatically upgraded, without waiting for the cycle to end.

– Points (reflecting spending) are automatically updated on the member’s website account and POS system.

5.3. Downgrading Tier: 

– The 24-month review cycle applies. If, after 24 months, members do not meet the required points, their tier will downgrade to the next lower tier.

– Specific cases within 24 months of account creation:

Case 1:

• Members at Standard with 0-99 points will reset points to zero after 24 months.

Case 2:

• Members at Beer tier with 300-499 points will stay at Beer and reset to 300 points.
• Members at Beer tier with less than 300 points will get downgraded to Water and reset to 100 points.

Case 3:

• Members at Craft Beer with more than 500 points will stay at Craft Beer and reset to 500 points.

5.4. Definition of accumulated redeem points:

– Accumulated points are calculated based on the total amount of money the customer has spent at the Taprooms.

– These points do not affect the member’s tier level, but are used solely to exchange for payment vouchers.

5.5. Rounding method for calculating accumulated points:

The points will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

Examples:

1,150,000 VND = 11 points

790,000 VND = 7 points

5.6. Account deletion:

If a member has no transactions from the registration date within 6 months, their account will be automatically deleted from the system.

6. METHODS FOR POINT EXCHANGE

6.1. Method of Points Redemption:

• 1 point = 10,000 VND.
• Minimum exchange is 20 points (in blocks), and can increase in multiples of 20 (20, 40, 60, etc.)

6.2. Exchanging points via website vouchers:

– Members can convert points directly into vouchers on the website according to the following rates:

20 points = 200,000 VND

40 points = 400,000 VND

60 points = 600,000 VND

80 points = 800,000 VND

– Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of exchange.

– When used at the taproom, the voucher amount will automatically be deducted from the customer’s POS system.

6.3. Direct point exchange at taproom bills:

– Members can exchange a minimum of 20 points (in multiples of 20) to get a voucher or directly deduct points from the bill.

– Example: With a bill of 1,750,000 VND, if a member wants to exchange for 4 vouchers of 40 points (equivalent to 1,600,000 VND), they can do this through the website or notify staff at the taproom to exchange points directly into vouchers.

6.4. Validity period of points and vouchers:

– Accumulated points start from the day the customer successfully registers and begins spending at the taproom.

– Within 12 months, customers can exchange points anytime when visiting the taproom.

– After 12 months, if they do not exchange points, 50% of the points not yet redeemed will be deleted and the other 50% will be automatically exchanged to Voucher valued at 200,000 VND each (The total voucher value will correspond to 50% of the remaining unredeemed points).

– Vouchers exchanged for points are valid for 90 days from the date of exchange.

6.5. Minimum points retained in the account:

– Members can exchange all points in their account when needed.

7. BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Standard Tier (0-99 points)

– Birthday gift: 01 free beer coupon for use during your birthday month (330ml, excluding Cyclo stout).

– Participate in Monthly Raffle Program.

Water Tier (100-299 points)

– Birthday gift: 01 free beer flight coupon for use during your birthday month (175ml, excluding Cyclo stout).

– 10% discount on the total bill is valid for one visit in your birthday month.

– 5 bonus points awarded automatically on your birthday.

– 10% discount on core beers at any taproom (excluding takeaway, flights, towers, and special promotional offers).

– Participate in Monthly Raffle Program.

Beer Tier (300-499 points)

– Birthday gift: 01 free t-shirt coupon valid during your birthday month.

– 15% discount on the total bill is valid for one visit in your birthday month.

– 5 bonus points awarded automatically on your birthday.

– 15% discount on core beers at any taproom (excluding takeaway, flights, towers, and special promotional offers).

– 15% discount for private parties at Hoàng Sa, Bùi Thị Xuân, Cửa Bắc, (applicable for bills with a minimum spend of VND 10 million).

– Participate in Monthly Raffle Program.

Craft Beer Tier (500+ points)

– Birthday gift: 01 free t-shirt and 01 free Hat coupon valid during your birthday month.

– 20% discount on the total bill is valid for one visit in your birthday month.

– 5 bonus points awarded automatically on your birthday, valid for 12 months.

– 20% discount on core beers at any taproom (excluding takeaway, flights, towers, and special promotional offers).

– 20% discount for private parties at Hoàng Sa, Bùi Thị Xuân, Cửa Bắc, (applicable for bills with a minimum spend of VND 10 million).

– Receive a personalised engraved beer mug.

– Invite 3 friends to open/upgrade to Water level (friend open account using Craft beer phone number).

– Participate in Monthly Raffle Program.

8. GENERAL TERMS

– Each customer can only create one account.

– Personal information must be accurate and regularly updated to ensure correct display.

– Birthday points are valid for 12 months.

9. NOTES:

– Birthday gift is only for people who provide their birthday.

– The birthday coupon will be displayed in the system 6 days prior to the customer’s birthday and will remain valid for 1 month from the issue date.

– Some members with the approval of the CEO will be automatically upgraded to the Beer level (starting with 0 points) as a token of appreciation for loyal customers.

10. PARTNER POLICY AND POINT EXCHANGE VOUCHERS

10.1. Carlsberg Employees:

– Earn points when applying partner-exclusive discounts.

– Cannot be combined with the Loyalty Program when using partner-specific discounts

10.2. Partner Collaborating with PSCB:

– Customers still earn points normally.

– Cannot apply both the partner’s special discounts (e.g., 10% bank discounts) and the Loyalty Program at the same time.

10.3. Other Promotions at Taproom:

– Customers can still accumulate points.

– However, all special promotional offers at the taproom will not be combined with other benefits within the Loyalty Program to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

10.4. PSCB Employees:

– Can participate in the program, enjoy employee discounts, and earn points like regular customers.

– Cannot combine these benefits with other special employee discount programs or member benefits within the Loyalty Program.

10.5. Point Exchange Vouchers:

– Cannot be used for payment during special promotional transactions at taproom.
