Created by Tran Van Hoa, Champion of last season Homebrew Heroes in August 2026, the winning recipe made the journey from homebrew scale to a full production batch with the guidance of the Pasteur Street brewing team.
The result is a Dark Lager that carries the character of the original winning recipe, brought to life through Pasteur Street’s professional brewing process.
HH2 Dark Lager pours a striking deep dark brown, with inviting aromas of roasted malt, subtle caramel, and chocolate.
The first sip delivers a smooth, malt-forward character with gentle bitterness and a touch of caramel sweetness, followed by a clean, dry, and refreshing finish.
That contrast is what makes this beer distinctive: rich in flavor, yet crisp and highly drinkable as a Lager.
